Firm Philosophy

This law firm is established for the explicit reason to help people in need of legal services. Although we are in business to make a living for ourselves, we are not in the practice of law for the money: it is so we can help those around us who are in need of legal services. We try our best to run this law firm on basic Christian principles and sound business decisions. We attempt to provide competent legal services to every client we serve.

We always try to lend a kind and listening ear to those in need of our assistance. The practice is a general practice in the truest sense of the word. CHRIS D. PRENTICE is not certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in any area of law. We have handled many different types of cases, some are as follows:

* FAMILY LAW - Divorce, Child Support, Collection, Modification of Support and Custody, Enforcement, and Adoptions.

* PERSONAL INJURY - Representation of people who have been injured in an accident, such Auto Accidents, including wrongful death caused by an accident.

* REAL ESTATE - Contract to Closing, Title Opinions, Leases, Contracts for Deed, Foreclosures, Management of Real Estate for Clients,
